We are still waiting for them to complete our install. The owner doesn't answer his phone nor does he return calls. Nice guy on phone but we will use someone else next time. Techs are nice also but they don't answer their phones either. Communication is my problem with this company.
Has not delivered on any of his promises. I moved into my house in February and still do not have a TV in my room. I keep getting told by my parents that it will happen this week but no one ever shows up to get my tv working.
