Wonderful guys who are always on time, very professional, trustworthy, and go above and beyond to make sure you receive the right service. They are my number one company for all my AC work. Thanks a lot for all the good work. I will not use anyone else. Interactive Heating & Air Conditioning guys are the best.

I called for same day service! Of course our AC dies occasionally in hot summer but thankfully we consider ourselves extremely fortunate to have Jeff from Interactive Heating & Air Conditioning come to service our unit. Jeff was a complete professional, very efficient and courteous. I am happily recommending this company!!

John came to flushed our tankless water heater and replace old parts. He was very professional, came to our home on time, and did a good job. We have used Interactive Heating & Air Conditioning Co. for maintenance on our air conditioner which also went very well.

This summer, I've used these people a few times. Every time I've called, Mercy has answered the phone, and I have to say that her customer service is always on point, extremely knowledgeable, and detail-oriented. She has always dispatched a representative to me promptly. My tech was James, and he was also fantastic. quite thorough while reviewing my system and informing me. Never again would I utilize anybody else.

The entire experience—from the estimate to the installation—could not have been better. Amazing sincerity, amiability, knowledge, professionalism, and promptness! They are a safe bet, you can trust them. Even if someone has their own air conditioning firm, they will be the one I use and suggest. They should serve as a model for nearby businesses.
