terrible company. They do not pay their vendors, and do not return your phone calls when there is a problem. Would NEVER recommend them!

How you handle a disgruntled customer sets the good companies apart from the rest. Needless to say, they failed miserably in that department. We hired them to do a CD booth and a photo booth at my sons Bar Mitzvah party. I made it over to the photo booth very late in the party. The photos were WAY TOO DARK. I commented to the KIDS that were running the booth. I told them how to fix it (As a graphic designer, I do product photography - so I know my stuff). After that, all was OK. They handled everything for me. I just enjoyed the party.
They handled everything for me. I just enjoyed the party.
We used them for the 2nd time in December and they were great... They were very accommodating and did a lot of customization for us. The staff was truly amazing, polished and friendly. We had a lot of kids and all of them were kept busy when they were not on the dance floor. We had Paco the parrot for cocktail hour and he was over the top! We also had Cool Pix, the quality of pictures were amazing. We also received a master CD of all the photos. My wife and myself highly recommend Interactive Entertainment Concepts.
