Interact DBT made me a new person. They stuck with me through the healing and learning process even when I was behaving badly. I am forever grateful for all they taught me and helped me change. I owe my life to the team and am healthy, happy and continue to use the skills for 9 yrs now!
I pay this place to make sure my bills are paid no way they are not worth paying for. They can't get it together at all, not long ago everyone over there got fired now they have people who think they can tell you what to do with your money all I have to say is don't hire this place to pay anything if you do you'll be sorry. They haven't paid my taxes in over three years now it looks like I'm going to have to get a attorney and take action against them. Swear keep your eyes on the news just might see them on it
Our daughter has been going there for over a year now and they are her payee and she is sleeping on the street she has been in three different afdc homes and they have not found a place for her yet not one staff member works with another person everytime you ask a question they say oh that is someone else's job no one knows what going on
Interact literally saved my life. I was a drunk, living from bottle to bottle, but the people at Interact showed me that I didn't have to live like that, and they showed me how to change my life. I will always be grateful for them.
They have neglected every responsibility a payee has. I have an eviction notice and no money for cost of living. They're holding +$1200 of money meant to help me live. They refuse to accept phone calls or even enter their lobby for discussion. I would not recommend this service for my dog Fluffy or my cat Spook. I'm outraged if I could get the attention of the BBB I would. I only put one star since there is no negative stars available for choice.
