Zero stars. As was commented already before, this insurance is not worth the paper. I claimed for many damaged items from my relocation. Took me several hours to fill out their claim form. Rudimentary web interface that reminded me of the internet from the late 90s. No saving function so that you can come back and complete it later. And you have to provide tons of redundant data for the damaged items: item age, date acquired, original cost, replacement cost, amount claimed. They just keep you busy with all this.
