The technician said my repair would take 3 business days. On day 3, I had to call in the late afternoon to check on my truck. I was told it was just being sent back to paint and that they would call me when it was ready - probably tomorrow. I waited on day 4 for a phone call - nothing. I called around 5 to see if the truck was done. I was told by the gentleman on the phone that he didn't know the status of my truck but would call as soon as it was ready. My entire experience at Inter-Tech was top notch! The staff did an excellent job staying in constant communication with me about the status of my car and the repairs they needed to make. No one ever wants their car to end up in the body shop, but the professional team at Inter-Tech made my frustrating experience of a little fender bender a lot less painful. Everyone at Inter-tech are so great. Such a great experience!!
I used Intertech in Bellevue once. Their first try, they "fixed" something inside the door jamb where it is physically impossible to cause damage without first smashing through the door and fender. I have no idea what the guy thought he was fixing, but the damage that was supposed to be fixed wasn't touched. Their second try, it looked like a high school shop class project doing their first ever project.
