I signed a contract to enlist my home for sale with them. They are lazy and dishonest. They do not believe in earning your money with fair means and they will try to con it out of you by hook or crook. Their realtor took only 4 dull pictures of my house in a rainy day with a low resolution camera. In the pictures, the house looked 20 years older than it actually is.
