I ordered a “premium” arrangement and got something that not only looked nothing like the photo on the website BUT that also wilted within 24 hours of delivery. I spoke to the shop owner and sent her an email as agreed with photos, but she refused to reimburse me. She proposed to send a new arrangement on the following Saturday, but the occasion was long past and I wanted my money back to spend it at a more reputable florist instead. My experience at Intel Flora Design was outstanding. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. They took the time to help me choose the perfect arrangement, and the quality of the flowers was exceptional. The shop is beautiful, well organized, and everything looked fresh and professionally displayed. Honestly, I don't have any suggestions for improvement. Terrible experience. I placed a $100 order through Uber Eats, the order was accepted, and when the driver arrived, the florist was closed. This is completely unprofessional and a waste of everyone’s time. If you’re closed, don’t accept orders. I won’t be ordering from here again.
