Worst power outage service we live on the main road on lancaster and are always one of the first areas to go out and always and i mean always the last to get service back, our basement has flooded 3 times in the past due to no power for the sump pumps etc and it's going to happen again today. If I could give negative stars I would. I don't know why inter county gets so much hate, but I've had nothing but fantastic experiences with them. From Bruce, Brian and all the staff in the office and the field (I'm sorry I don't know all of your names), they have been nothing but professional, punctual and extremely kind, and have taken care of my every need at my property. Yes the rates are a little higher than a larger company, but that is to be expected in rural areas. Great company and amazing people working there. Thank you all so much for everything!
