Inter-County is without question the very worst energy company I’ve been forced to work with. They have zero regard for the safety of their customers. Anytime I’ve asked for a grace period or any type of flexibility, the answer is always NO. Even during this month (Jan 2025) when we are experiencing extremely rare and consistent frigid temps, they will not authorize a 24 hour grace period. They make it impossible to pay your bill. We have tried calling them , going on line, pay by phone. Nothing works! They are terrible and don’t care at all because they have the maker cornered!! The biggest scam ever!!! Someone should sue for false advertising when they say on the back of the bill all the different ways that your able to pay! BS!!!!
