They’re definitely the biggest joke ever. Have no sympathy for anyone. They won’t work with anyone on their bill. What a total joke, but of course stuck with them because there isn’t any other options for electric.
They have changed it to where you can't call the office. The number is automated.

Inter-County is without question the very worst energy company I’ve been forced to work with. They have zero regard for the safety of their customers. Anytime I’ve asked for a grace period or any type of flexibility, the answer is always NO. Even during this month (Jan 2025) when we are experiencing extremely rare and consistent frigid temps, they will not authorize a 24 hour grace period.
