I left retail management for this job, and though it was initially a pay cut, my commissions are growing and I'm doing very well. This company places a high priority on taking care of it's employees and making it a great place to work. I have almost no stress, work with great people, have a supportive Team Manager, have plenty of opportunities for advancement and/or lateral movement, and I have a fantastic and reliable schedule that works for me.
