I thought I would update my review since we just celebrated hitting our 4th year here. Intensity ought to be renamed Integrity Gymnastics. Because that's how it is here. The owner runs an ethical business, and follows Safesport's guidelines without exception. I have seen choices be made time and time again that is best for the athlete. The staff is absolutely lovely. We had generally enjoyed our experience here, and the coaches were great with the students. Unfortunately, our experience with the owner regarding a summer pause request completely changed our impression. We were told it would cost $75 just to pause enrollment for the summer. Rather than paying that fee, we ended up canceling altogether. The conversation focused entirely on "policy this" and "policy that," with no effort to find a reasonable solution for a long-term student. My daughter took gymnastics classes here, and we had a wonderful experience. The teachers are excellent, and the atmosphere is welcoming and positive.
