Timur is a wealth of knowledge related to body movement and mechanics. He not only is able to help you heal through passive massage, but uses an active massage to expedite results. Additionally, his guidance with physical therapy related exercises/movements create a systematic approach to help you heal and more importantly help you learn how to keep your body ailments balanced/maintained. Timur is a very knowledgeable and has a deep understanding of the body. On top of providing great soft tissue and rehab work he provides extensive at home exercises to strengthen the body and help the brain establish new pathways to better integrate the body work. I would recommend anyone who is currently injured or wishes to improve/enhance their body to include Timur in their protocol.
Timur is a masterful bodyworker. He has a wonderful, attuned touch and is highly knowledgeable about the body— treating the root cause of pain and discomfort through the wide range of healing modalities he employs. His work is quite technical and detailed. While he can offer soothing, more general massage — his aptitude really comes through in working with chronic injury and pain/tension.
