Sarah at the front desk was great to work with - super prompt, helpful & informative. She made the process feel effortless for me. I also think it speaks volumes about a company when they go above & beyond. It was such a nice surprise to get into a clean, vacuumed car upon picking it up! Very nice gesture to their customers.
The times when guy with dark hair and lady was great. However, this last week dealt with the owner. I changed my mind on a mirror he ordered and was rude about it. Also would not give us a copy of estimate we requested because we weren't having work possibly done there. Not impressed with owners customer service. I have used this place before and had great experiences with other staff. Unfortunately I will go elsewhere due to this last experience.
