Terrible customer service. They don't answer their phone, and the automatic message says the mailbox is full, so you can't leave a voicemail. Drawings take forever to get, and are usually wrong. Getting the drawings corrected takes as long or longer as the original drawings. We've been going back and forth on a lighted handrail project for nearly 2 years. We had to correct their drawings for them even after they sent someone out to the jobsite to take measurements, and then waited months to get them to confirm the correction... read more

garbage light fixtures!!!!! Maybe learn how to make something that actually is functional instead of just fancy. whomever is designing these lights should be fired.
