The Intensa Dry team was professional, kind, extremely capable, and they each did an excellent job helping us when our pipe burst. They were extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and they showed up within an hour to the Arlington area to help us with our emergency to immediately begin mitigation of the damage. We had water damage after a plumbing issue. Elnard and Intensa Dry was very quick to act and do remediation and gave us a reasonable quote for reconstruction, dealt with insurance for the most part. Elnard was very responsive and prompt in his response. His team did all the work to our satisfaction. Highly recommend.

We contacted Intensadry on the recommendation if our plumber, James Plumbing, following a rat problem that led to chewed pipes in four places. Ceiling got wet and collapsed in two bedrooms and two baths...ARGH Elnard and his crew have a been awesome. We are almost finished the drying and demo phase and I know they will keep up the great work as we rebuild. I'll post again when the job is completed. UPDATE... I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt I had to this time. A pipe burst in my master bedroom while I was away for the weekend, and by the time I came back the entire floor was under water. It was a complete mess — soaked carpets, drywall damage, and a terrible smell already setting in. This company responded quickly and impressed me from the start. My washer leaked into my hallway, foyer, child's room, and even the kitchen. I reached out to Intensa Dry around 8 pm and Elnard was willing and able to come immediately! (I scheduled it for the morning as the children were already asleep).
