I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt I had to this time. A pipe burst in my master bedroom while I was away for the weekend, and by the time I came back the entire floor was under water. Intensa is a great company to help with water issues. I had a leak at my house in Plano which caused damage to my ceiling. I first went to another company to get the quote. They gave me a high estimate and told me I would have to go through Insurance. But luckily I shopped around for more quotes. Jake, provided a much cheaper estimate and was honest with me about the damage. Elgard and Jake worked with me even after they reviewed the damage to bring the cost down even further.
