Elnard with Intensa Dry was absolutely outstanding! He came in after another company had done a poor job with the mitigation, and not only did he handle the reconstruction beautifully, but he also went above and beyond by helping us work with our insurance to get supplemental items covered. Elnard was honest, professional, and truly had our best interests in mind every step of the way. It's rare to find someone this dedicated and knowledgeable. I am so glad that these people are here when I needed them. Jacob was pleasent and came within the hour to address our flood crisis. He was professional , assuring and ablsolutly got right to work on remidiating the water issue. He even got a plumber out to our home within an hour and this was at 10 pm! I highly recommend this company and will keep there contact close at hand. I wish I had found them sooner and could have avoided the headaches with our previous water fiascos.
