Apartment has roaches and beds bugs. Don't rent there un documented people that live there. That's why they never complain to get this place sprayed or fumigated. I don't recommend these apartments for nothing.
I had a really positive experience renting through Intempus in Gilroy. The staff was always professional and quick to respond whenever I needed something. Move-in and move-out were smooth, and I appreciated how well they communicated throughout my lease. Definitely one of the better property management companies I’ve dealt with.
The customer service is incredible, they are very friendly, and they have helped us with our incredible house and to keep it in excellent condition.
