Very poor experience with Intempus, specifically with Takeyma. After moving into our new home, we experienced ongoing issues that required HOA management support. Unfortunately, communication was extremely poor. Calls and emails went unanswered for days, and follow-ups were not completed as promised. We repeatedly requested help with a parking permit and reported clear violations, including an abandoned vehicle and trash left in a common area. Apartment has roaches and beds bugs. Don't rent there un documented people that live there. That's why they never complain to get this place sprayed or fumigated. I don't recommend these apartments for nothing.
I had a really positive experience renting through Intempus in Gilroy. The staff was always professional and quick to respond whenever I needed something. Move-in and move-out were smooth, and I appreciated how well they communicated throughout my lease. Definitely one of the better property management companies I’ve dealt with.
