As soon as I submitted a request, she called me within 30 minutes and immediately took the necessary steps to resolve the issue. I truly appreciate her prompt response, professionalism, and dedication to customer service.
If I could give them 0 stars - I would. They did the bait and switch on us when we submitted the application and paperwork for approval. They got us! They told us there was a home in Communication hills which we had applied for but then said but instead we have this other property which was much smaller and dirty. They refused to clean it before we even got in the home. We were moving from out of state so It was impossible for us to see it in person but when we got there we were extremely taken back. If a home you're looking to rent uses this management company, do NOT sign anything. They do not disclose anything (example: damage to the house) up front or honestly: 1. They scammed us, advertising a home in communication hills, but when we arrived from out of state for move in, they told us it was actually a home on the other side of town: a beat up, crumbled foundation, half finished house.
