Charles Sanchez did a great job in fixing the problem with the tub hot water. Charles came the same day I called with the problem in the bathroom. Very fast and efficiently.
I strongly advice against renting the property 358 Calado Avenue in Campbell from Dan Kozakevich. Dan's behavior towards tenants makes him extremely difficult to work with. The owner is also lackadaisical, taking weeks if not months before making decisions like replacing broken appliances. The refrigerator in our unit broke down several times, spoiling hundreds of dollars in groceries at times and it was only replaced at the end of my tenancy of 2 years.
