Intempus is the Reality company that's in charge for the rentals and services for the building that my wife's and I have our business in Fremont Ca. I've recently had problems with our internet cables that got damaged, I spoke with Lawrence Zuniga to see if they can help us resolve the issue, it was repaired with a reasonable time and he came out to make sure that the repair company had access to the building I wife and I really appreciate the time he took to make sure it got repaired
