Bait and switch company. They claim to offer Heloc’s but don’t. Even look at their site Intelliloan.Com. Pushing a Heloc but when you click under list of products they don’t even list one. Bait and switch scam artist

My overall experience with Intelliloan was extremely positive. I completed a refinance with Intelliloan that closed on July 28, 2020. The refinance was a cash out refi for a conforming loan, for my primary residence in California with a duration of 15 years. My credit score is 820+ and the loan was just under 37% of the home value. I want to begin by saying that I am perhaps the biggest skeptic with regards to online mortgage companies and offers... if it's too good to be true, IT IS! Having said that, I requested refinance rates from a third party mortgage marketing company and literally within the first 10 seconds after hitting submit, I got a call from Daniel (Dani). I had shopped a Re-Finance on my home for almost 3 months with 2 companies who dropped the ball and couldn't seem to find paperwork I had submitted, or just complete incompetence on their part.
