Dan really came through when someone removed the power supply from my work computer. He has great communication, very knowledgeable and had my computer back up and running and was able to diagnosis other issues. Looking forward to working with him with my business computer in my home. Great experience, 10 stars!
I found Dan on the Yelp website and I am so glad I did! He really knows his stuff and was able to remote in to my laptop and help me with transferring all my data, files, documents and photos. It was so convenient doing this from my home and our session really taught me a lot. Dan is very friendly, knowledgeable, professional, reasonably priced, and a gem to work with! I highly recommend Dan for any of your computer IT needs!
Dan is extremely expert and knowledgeable with all kinds of computer issues. He cloned my desktop so I could continue to use Windows 7 (with all of my old fav software). He did it all in less than 1 hour! He also wrote a batch script for my laptop AND desktop to facilitate quick and easy external drive back ups. Dan was a Godsend. We had a very complicated wifi issue living out in the middle of nowhere and needing to cover a large area with wifi. We had no idea how to do it ourselves. I stumbled across Dan here on Google, and I'm so glad I did. He went above and beyond to figure out what we needed, even going so far as to purchase the equipment ahead of time, set it up at his home on his own time before bringing it here to install.
