Dan responded to an inquiry within 30 minutes and on a Saturday! Not only did he answer quickly via text, but he also solved my problem with just a few quick questions! I will be using him again!

Dan really came through when someone removed the power supply from my work computer. He has great communication, very knowledgeable and had my computer back up and running and was able to diagnosis other issues. Looking forward to working with him with my business computer in my home. Great experience, 10 stars!
I found Dan on the Yelp website and I am so glad I did! He really knows his stuff and was able to remote in to my laptop and help me with transferring all my data, files, documents and photos. It was so convenient doing this from my home and our session really taught me a lot. Dan is very friendly, knowledgeable, professional, reasonably priced, and a gem to work with!
