**UPDATE** I am now getting harassed by this company with "FAKE cease and desist letters" by mail about my reviews. I highly recommend finding a more reputable company to do business with. A/C broke down in the morning, had my appointment set so quickly. Showed up early, knew exactly what was wrong and fixed it so quickly. Took maybe a total of 1-2 Hours. Friendly technician, even checked my Freon levels and filled them before he left. Addressed our concerns and customer service was great. Will definitely use them again in the future. Highly recommended.

I was scheduled at 10:00 am. 9:55 I get a call from the repair man that he's a few minutes away. 10:00 on the dot he showed up. I cannot remember the gentlemans name but he was so professional and curtious. He came in looked at my fridge, and within a few minutes figured out what the problem was. He ordered the part for the next business day and within 24 hours I had my sub-zero fridge working like new. The office staff was great to deal with. Thank you so much for saving me from having to buy a new fridge.

I had my refrigerator repaired by this company. They did a great job! Very affordable and professional! I will recommend them to my family and friends! Also I will use this company for future services! Very satisfied!

This company purports to be an authorized sub zero repair company, and assured me that they were. I gave them my model sub zero and error code. The tech that was sent to my home did not know how to find out what the error code meant, called his office to look it up on you tube, and still was not sure what to do. His office manager told him to clean the compressor, which we had already done, so it did not need to be done again, and to fill it with refrigerant for $850. If I could give zero stars for being a thief I would.. A repair was carried out that they claimed was covered under my home warranty. We paid the agreed co-pay $55 and they charged my card 3 times that amount without my knowledge or authorisation!!! We declined the original repair because it wasn't covered under the service agreement. They then called back telling us it was and would we like the repair? We were happy to have it done as long as it was covered. Turns out it never was covered he lied then just charged our card ... read more
