Neal was great and talked me through every step of the process. I actually used them as a second opinion on some sewer work that needed to be done, and they came in at a fraction of the price of the other quote I got. They also did not need to dig nearly as much as the other quote I got, so I would strongly recommend using Intelligent over some other companies. Had toilet replaced, have small bathroom made sure the toilet fit properly and door still shut. Cleaned up after, put mats down so wouldn’t have water everywhere. I can’t replace myself so had to hire someone.
Always great service, recently purchased a home built in the 1950s and they have the knowledge and expertise to keep my pipes flowing, heat going, and AC blowing! Very satisfied with their ease of appointments, communication and quality of work.
