I value the team at Intelligent Service which is why we just renewed our 3-year service agreement. Appointments are kept as promised and things are addressed the first time. We receive annual inspections of our plumbing, heating and cooling systems as a part of the service agreement and a discount should there be a problem or replacement needed on any of these systems. A special call-out to John Pierro who always goes above and beyond expectations!

(Updated June 30, 2025) The initial service temporarily fixed the issue, but the same problem came back in less than 45 days. I was disappointed that such a costly service didn’t provide a long-term solution. After I updated my Google review and filed a complaint with the BBB, the company did send the same technician back to follow up, which I appreciate. Last year in June of 2024, I called Intelligent Service (first time customer) out for my shower head that was dripping in my master bath. The plumber who came out replaced a part which did not work out. To add to that I had no ball valve behind the shower wall that would shut the shower off. He told me that he would have to cut into the drywall in my closet to install the ball valves but he would not do that until he came back the next day.
