**Update, 8/1/25: This remains a five star company that has helped maintain or update our plumbing over the years. In an 85 year old house, they have replaced the original sewer line(s); this week they did a yearly maintenance of our boiler & water healer, and bleed/flushed out our radiators. Very disappointing experience with Intelligent Plumbing. Our association hired them for hydro-jetting of the vertical lines, which was supposed to include camera inspection and a report. They did not use a camera, refused to provide the promised report, and ignored multiple requests to return and complete the job properly. We hired a third-party plumber to verify the work, and the inspection showed that the lines were still dirty—clear evidence the job was not done correctly.
