My work as a chiropractor is physically demanding, and at 61 years old I work hard at keeping strong enough to take care of my people proficiently. I rely on Sarah to keep me in top condition. I have been working out since I was a teenager. I have found nothing as effective in keeping fit as working with Sarah. The science behind her training is spot on. Going to Intelligent Fitness saves me time and keeps me motivated to be the best I can be. Thank you Sarah - you are fantastic!
