I had a problem with a piece of equipment purchased here still under warranty. They sent it back to the manufacturer for me. UPS lost it, and they went above and beyond the call of duty to resolve it. They did not make me wait for the UPS claim to be processed. They took the burden upon themselves to replace the unit. Im whole again and they are fighting the fight with UPS.Gives new meaning to "customer service".
