Intelligent design always does a fantastic job! Their technicians are honest, knowledgeable and professional. Over the years, we have had different techs fix our units; they are always polite, honest and professional. Im so glad we found them years ago! They will be our go to for all our heating & cooling needs, for years to come!! Thats for doing a great job!

****** (the technician) was great! He was personable, knowledgeable and (dare I say it?), didn't stink up the house like he'd been riding the range for weeks without a shower. Sure, I'll say it. lol In my book the ultimate question when evaluating a business is, "Would I recommend this company to a relative (one you actually like) or a friend. For me it's an emphatic YES, I would.

From the first time ******************* walked in my house, I knew this was going to be a good experience. She took her time, explaining to me exactly what Intelligent Design does and what she recommended I purchase to fit what I wanted. She was able to schedule the install in a week, which was great, since it's been rather hot here in ******. Then on the date of install the installers were on time and personable, too. ***** the technician came out and looked at our water heater and explained with detail and patience to my sister how the water heater worked and what is needed to replace the unit. He is very caring and considerate and demonstrated exceptional customer service skills. ********************** ********************** is very good at texting when the technician is going to be there and if they are running behind.
