****** (the technician) was great! He was personable, knowledgeable and (dare I say it?), didn't stink up the house like he'd been riding the range for weeks without a shower. Sure, I'll say it. lol In my book the ultimate question when evaluating a business is, "Would I recommend this company to a relative (one you actually like) or a friend.
