I would give them 10 stars if possible. Contacted them on the 4th of July and someone returned my call within 10 minutes. They gave me the option for same day service, but to save a few dollars I chose to wait. They scheduled me for July 5th. The entire process was so easy and stress free. ***, the Technician was WONDERFUL. My husband is going through a medical process which makes him susceptible to catching viruses, therefore; we requested the Technician to wear a mask. Intelligent Design has the best customer service and the two technicians that installed my system were the best. Despite a minor misunderstanding on the day of work, things got sorted out. The two techs we had were outstanding: they worked tirelessly and did a thorough, professional job of sealing ducts and the return air plenum. We look forward to cooler, more even temps and a lower electric ****!
