James was neat, clean, masked & polite. He patiently explained the problem complete w/detailed photos of the problem area of our unit & gave us our options. No question, he will be doing the work. Andrew also came the next day & spent well over an hour giving us the information in detail on cost of repairing the existing unit verses replacing it. No pressure just facts.

Service is getting worse. Office doesnt communicate, except to ask for more money. Service schedules are (this is a quote). "morning are from 8 am until a few hours later".. so when they say 8 am service, they mean, "later in the morning, sometime". I used these folks because of Rosie on the House program. Evidently Rosie is in on the scam, or maybe an innocent bystander... either way. I would NOT recommend these folks. Not sure why the service has gotten so poor. They were pretty good at one time. Great service! Called before to give us his arrival time. Cleaned & rinsed then waxed unit, checked all readings for accuracy & performance. Checked inside for cooling temperatures need to be Adequate for highest efficiency in each room from intake to exit. Educated us with his Cooling knowledge. To help keep our utility bill as low as possible. Thankyou Intelligent Design.
