The ID Tech, Charlie Birdsong is well known to us and terrific; knowledgeable, pleasant and totally reliable. Great rep for this company.
Elmo was friendly, skilled and helpful. He showed us what was going on with our AC system, explained what needed to be done to resolve it. He was mindful of COVID D restrictions and guidelines and remained masked and gloved.
Gabriel provided excellent, same-day service when the water valve to our fridge broke and flooded our kitchen. We can’t thank him, or Intelligent Design enough.
Brett was really knew his stuff and provided us with a well done, well informed, competitive quote for our Air Conditioner replacement.
This was the second time Charle has done our seasonal service. He was on time and very personable. The service he provided was done efficiently and when done he explained everything he had done. Great service.
James was neat, clean, masked & polite. He patiently explained the problem complete w/detailed photos of the problem area of our unit & gave us our options. No question, he will be doing the work. Andrew also came the next day & spent well over an hour giving us the information in detail on cost of repairing the existing unit verses replacing it. No pressure just facts.
Service is getting worse. Office doesnt communicate, except to ask for more money. Service schedules are (this is a quote). "morning are from 8 am until a few hours later".. so when they say 8 am service, they mean, "later in the morning, sometime". I used these folks because of Rosie on the House program. Evidently Rosie is in on the scam, or maybe an innocent bystander... either way. I would NOT recommend these folks. Not sure why the service has gotten so poor. They were pretty good at one time.
