I wouldn't give ANY stars! New unit installed May 9 2020 and nothing but trouble with complying with THEIR contract. No attic support, warped outdoor compressor pad, NO COPPER TUBING PROTECTION (from the bare metal cutouts in the unit), no room balancing, noise, Noise, NOISE. Eight service calls for a new install is out frigging rageous!!!! Mind you, the seventh "service" call was 2 days ago (Oct 6) when they said that the office would call to set up a time to fix "once and for all" by the end of the week. Never have I had an HVAC technician come to my home on a Sunday. James was on time, polite and got the job done. He discussed the options we had with us and allowed us to make our decisions based on our needs. This company is amazing. From the time of our installation to maintenance to service, they are the ultimate professionals.
Marty Hudecek did a great job inspecting all our plumbing service. We was determined to check the anode rod in our water heater and worked very hard to get it out. The rod was completely used up and he replaced it for a fee but we should get more life out of our existing water heater. We were very pleased with this service!

Unable to find someone available for an unexpected loss of ac in 100+ degree summer heat, Intelligent Design sent Trey out asap and even though it was after dark, Trey called to verify he would be here in 20 minutes! He listened and responded professionally and cordially, repaired our ac and offered any further assistance, made professional suggestions to prevent this issue from re-occurring, and took care of our payment electronically, good job sirs!
