Intelligent design has consistently been great for us. They were middle of the road in terms of cost when installing our new AC at our last house and top of the line when it came to repairs and they carry an amazing warranty. They had a tech out in 3 hours in the middle of summer to swap out a blown capacitor. We will definitely be keeping them as our technician with our new home. Shout out to Elmo as well who always has a great attitude whenever he stops by for a maintenance check.

Great company with excellent service and quality of work. The only negative I could come up with is that I did have to keep after them for some essential support and information but they did provide it on request. Probably they were just always quite busy. I especially appreciated Paul in that respect. He ended up being my "go to" guy for the issues that came up, and for good reason! Whatever the problem was, once I informed him, he promptly solved it! I wouldn't give ANY stars! New unit installed May 9 2020 and nothing but trouble with complying with THEIR contract. No attic support, warped outdoor compressor pad, NO COPPER TUBING PROTECTION (from the bare metal cutouts in the unit), no room balancing, noise, Noise, NOISE. Eight service calls for a new install is out frigging rageous!!!! Mind you, the seventh "service" call was 2 days ago (Oct 6) when they said that the office would call to set up a time to fix "once and for all" by the end of the week. Elmo ,the tech was great.Prompt courteous,and explained everything in detail so I could understand.This to me is no surprise,have been a customer of Intell. Design 5 1/2 years and never a experience with tech or office staff that was not pleased with outcome.Mike S.

Never have I had an HVAC technician come to my home on a Sunday. James was on time, polite and got the job done. He discussed the options we had with us and allowed us to make our decisions based on our needs. This company is amazing. From the time of our installation to maintenance to service, they are the ultimate professionals.

Marty Hudecek did a great job inspecting all our plumbing service. We was determined to check the anode rod in our water heater and worked very hard to get it out. The rod was completely used up and he replaced it for a fee but we should get more life out of our existing water heater. We were very pleased with this service!
