Intelligent Design has serviced my Heat pump for the last year, and the technician (James) is always on time and gives a detailed report of findings. Very personable and listens to customers feedback, concerns, questions. Great company

Intelligent Design was terrific when my A/C suddenly went out on a predicted 108oF day. I left a message at the crack of dawn and they called back. “We’ll try to fit you in today but it might not be Elmo who usually services your equipment” …… ‘anyone please' At 8.30 am Elmo was at the door. I called the company because we had a cold spell but my heater wouldn't turn on. I called for guidance and the two receptionist were very helpful. I had turned on everything on the thermostat that should have started the heater. A tech was sent over and it was a quick fix. Someone had failed to turn on the gas. Nice and cozy now.

Intelligent design has consistently been great for us. They were middle of the road in terms of cost when installing our new AC at our last house and top of the line when it came to repairs and they carry an amazing warranty. They had a tech out in 3 hours in the middle of summer to swap out a blown capacitor. We will definitely be keeping them as our technician with our new home. Shout out to Elmo as well who always has a great attitude whenever he stops by for a maintenance check.

Great company with excellent service and quality of work. The only negative I could come up with is that I did have to keep after them for some essential support and information but they did provide it on request. Probably they were just always quite busy. I especially appreciated Paul in that respect. He ended up being my "go to" guy for the issues that came up, and for good reason! Whatever the problem was, once I informed him, he promptly solved it! Kage was great. He even let me know of a problem with my roof where it was dipping and probably needed repairs.
