We have been doing business with Intelligent Design since shortly after the business opened. They have always been very quick in making requested service calls, which have continued to be exceptionally professional. The most recent visit was no exception...arriving with an hour of our call to their office and aptly handling the job.

We used Intelligent Design to install a new A/C last March. It ran perfectly all throughout the extremely hot summer of 2020. Their technicians are knowledgeable, professional and friendly. The service checks are thorough and we are very happy with this company.

Intelligent Design has serviced my Heat pump for the last year, and the technician (James) is always on time and gives a detailed report of findings. Very personable and listens to customers feedback, concerns, questions. Great company

Intelligent Design was terrific when my A/C suddenly went out on a predicted 108oF day. I left a message at the crack of dawn and they called back. “We’ll try to fit you in today but it might not be Elmo who usually services your equipment” …… ‘anyone please' At 8.30 am Elmo was at the door. Elmo fixed it in less than an hour. I was delighted. Thank you. Just know that I was very very pleased. I called the company because we had a cold spell but my heater wouldn't turn on. I called for guidance and the two receptionist were very helpful. I had turned on everything on the thermostat that should have started the heater. A tech was sent over and it was a quick fix. Someone had failed to turn on the gas. Nice and cozy now.
