I had Intelligent Choice Builders come to remodel my condo kitchen a couple months back and had a very good experience working with Yonathan. Had interviewed a couple contractors and Yonathan was the only one who truly showed some passion towards the project, and his price was reasonable, middle of the ground compared to all the other contractors.
