In the beginning Intelligenetics was excellent. Once we got to our testing done the agent answering the phone was completely lacking empathy, unprofessional, and not the right fit for customer service. We were made aware he was purposely not answering our calls to ask about tracking. When we asked him for expedited service he said it was not available which it was when we spoke to a different agent on the phone we were able to get it done. When I first called and asked questions about getting a DNA 🧬 test for me and my son and father they asked all my questions respectfully. The process was so fast and easy and my results came back in the same time matter that they said it would come back.
Extremely friendly. Welcoming. Also. Very fast get the process done. I was in and out on 10mins or less.
