I had another agency, and they were lacking. Our first nurse was wonderful, but they took her and gave her back to the kid she was taking care of previously. They sent another nurse and she cared more about her other job than taking care of our daughter. She showed up late, left on time, etc. Told them we didn't want her back and they still tried sending her. I love working at Intellichoice! They make sure their employees are well taken care of so we can fully take care of our patients. Luis and Valerie are very professional and kind. They make sure we have a flexible and fair schedule and I give this company 5 stars!
I absolutely love this company. They are very professional and they are always available.
I've worked per diem for the company for a few years now, and I've had a good experience. The office staff and managers are involved and responsive. All of the clients I've encountered have been generally pleased with the nursing services they receive. I'd recommend them both as an employer and as a home care provider.
If I could give ZERO stars I would! We used this company for almost a year until we switched companies. The day our loved one was brought home there were so many nurses there helping get everything situated along with the DON Melissa who was doing her paper work. THE VERY NEXT DAY........no one showed up! We were left with no nurses no way to know what meds to give or anything! We called and they couldn't find the nurse that was sent out to the house...or send another one out there....we reached out to the DON who told us "I... read more
