I was referred to Intelli-Tech by Lenovo for a warranty issue with my all-in-one desktop computer. I had the pleasure of working with Chris and Brent—both technicians were incredibly nice, helpful, and professional. Fortunately, the repair turned out to be a simple one, and I had my computer back later that same day! Thank you, Chris and Brent, for your knowledge, professionalism, and overall kindness. I really appreciated the excellent service!
Waste of time. After calling twice and dropping off the machine and being assured they could work on it was called back and told they are not authorized to work on it. Whoever answers the phone needs training to not mislead customers!
