WORST CUSTONER SERVICE VERY RUDE
The absolute best auto mechanic in northern Virginia. Prices are always fair. Never tries to sell you on unnecessary maintenance. And the work he performs is top notch. I’ve gone to John for 20 years and wouldn't go anywhere else.
Honest, caring, and great work.
There is a rude Chinese guy who doesn’t know how to talk. I just told him I needed to do the safety inspection for my vehicle and that guy started yelling at me and was trying to teach me manners. He doesn't know how to talk to customers. Bad customer service.
