I Care took care of my sister 24x7 for the last years of her life. The care and attention they gave her was exceptional. They brought her joy every day. They are conscientious, caring, and beyond capable. I recommend them highly.

One of the worst companies I have ever worked for. They don't back up their employees.. Very unprofessional and rude, and hateful, how they talk to the caregivers.. Would never recommend anyone to work here. Nor have a loved care for from this agency.

I would never recommend this agency to your loved ones. They were very unprofessional and sent a caregiver with an ankle bracelet to care for my father. No disclosure was made to my father for why he had an ankle bracelet. He left my father without his medication for three days and took my father's phone, left him at home without a phone for an emergency. A neighbor had to help my father retrieve his cellphone from another city. They have to use the client's phone to check in and out to get paid. When I bought this to their ... read more
