TERRIBLE! This company is strictly about the money; exact definition of slum lords! Pipes busted beginning of year tenants were not notified and we went 2 days without running water,or being able to flush our toilets(very unsanitary),the two lower level apartments & hallway flooded. The carpet has not been pulled and the entire hallway has had a bad sewage smell for months! BEWARE!!!!!!! BUILDING IS TERRIBLE BAD ROACHES AND MICE HAVE 3 kids didn’t have no heat or hot water for 5 months had to use eyes on the stove to make apartment warm not hot water plumbing is bad. Think the property manager is akila real ghetto talking to her is frustrating because she is very rude. Alderman keeps coming out to building taking pictures. Taking them court please don’t rent from them they are true slumlords.
Still living in this filthy apartment, I have no one to even pay my rent to because the management changed. No one answers the phone just a automatic answering machine. Roaches in my apartment thank god for my cat. This building is not safe. No working fire detectors. Since I’ve been living here they’ve only responded to one of my maintenance request.
