I worked there and found the workplace abusive with an administrator that is allowed to stomp around office and talk about how she cannot stand the NP’s that work for her. The doctor who owns the company refuses to meet with employees who are having a bad experience. Management had no education on healthcare experience and ran company hundreds of thousands of dollars in debt, created a hostile workplace, then blames it all on NP’s working in the field. My advice, stay away unless you love misery. They will not last anyway.
I have been employed by Integrum Health for over a year now. It is a wonderful company, providing a much needed service to the community. It is a relatively new company but the employees work endlessly to provide the best care possible to the patients. Would highly recommend even for my own family members.
