I’ve been working with Kathryn through the Root Cause program, and it’s been life-changing!! She has helped me so much with my gut and hormone issues — I finally feel like I’m getting to the root of what’s been going on with my health. Kathryn is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and supportive. I really appreciate how she lets me go at my own pace while still guiding me with so much care and expertise. I’m so grateful for her support, and for Dena as well — she’s amazing too!
