Thank you Integrity Weight Loss!!! My doctor has just taken me off of medication for diabetes. She also cut my dosage in half for Cholesterol and high blood pressure for now but she expects me to be completely off those within next 12 weeks. Not to mention over 40 lbs lost so far. Dr. Sarah and Erin are great! I have done many weight loss programs in the past and none of them have stuck like heir program has! I have been on the diet about two months and am in phase 3 and I am the lightest I have been in I don't know how long.
