I have tried many weight loss programs but by far this was the easiest to follow. Don't misunderstand me, weight loss is never easy, some programs are just harder to stay with, and once you stop the supplements and drinks, the weight comes right back. I still have a few pounds to go, but with the support and encouragement of the staff, I know the new me is just around the corner. Just give them a chance.....come in with an open mind and positive attitude, this will work for you too!
RecommendedAfter seeking treatment for simply weight loss reasons, Dr Sarah has guided me into alleviating numerous issues I had given up on. She is extremely knowledgeable, will not give you the run around you are probably used to, and you get results! Better results than you thought could ever be possible. She educates you throughout the entire process so that you are able to self sustain and know how to keep yourself healthy and HAPPY!! 10/10 highly recommend to anybody!!!
I can’t say enough about Dr Sarah! I came to her about 6 months ago, not knowing exactly what was wrong with me. Sarah LISTENED, analyzed my bloodwork, reviewed medical records and formulated a plan. Each month I felt more and more like myself and am at the point where my gut is working again! Dr. Sarah Leatherman is a wonderful adjuster. She helped me get through that bad virus going around. I don't think I would be feeling this good today if she hadn't adjusted my neck. Highly recommend. Yay for Chiropractic!
The program at integrity weight loss is more about showing us how to live a healthy lifestyle. Not a magic pill and not some diet. Teaching us to feed our bodies as they were intended to be fed. Integrity Weight Loss Center has an amazing team that is not only accountable but very knowledgeable! They have been very helpful with any questions I have had so far and shown such great support! Not gaining weight over Thanksgiving and Christmas has been pretty much impossible in the past but NOT this year!
