in June, 2019, Steve came to our home to give us an estimate since we have experienced sewer backup and wet walls. We did get a few other estimates from competitors. One estimate was based on doing the waterproofing from the inside of the basement which would have involved installing channels around the interior perimeter. RecommendedWith all the storms and flooding we've had lately, we have to add a new review in appreciation of the job that Integrity did for us a few years ago. In addition to being a great group to work with, as we said in 2015, our basement has remained perfectly dry and safe. One of the most pleasant experiences we've had with a contractor. We have just recommended Steve to our son, following a flood in the lower level of their home this past weekend!
About 12 years ago, we hired Integrity to waterproof our basement, which allowed streams of water to run through it during heavy rains. The initial results were good, though we did notice wet spots on one side of the basement. I called Integrity and its owner came to the house, commented on how dry the basement smelt and blew off the wet spots. Steve at Integrity came out because our plumber told us we needed foundation work. I was terrified about what the cost might be. Steve said the issue was not the foundation and we didn't need any work. I know nothing about foundations or waterproofing, so he could have told me anything and I would have believed him. He didn't charge me one cent for his inconvenience. It's good to know such honesty in business exists. Thank you, Steve!
Our sump pump failed a few weeks ago, and the repairman said we needed foundation work. I called Integrity because our next door neighbors recommended them. Steve came out today, and said the build-up in our sump pump pipes is not foundation dirt, but a bacteria that is harmless to people, but not pipes. Steve didn't charge me a penny! He could have told me we needed $20,000 of work, and I would have believed him. Thanks, Steve!
They truly live up to their name! Pure integrity! Not many know this but once a month, they donate a generous amount to Clevelands less fortunate! A local company with community in mind!
I could easily give this company ten stars! The work was done just right, on time and at the agreed price. The crew was super professional, knew just what they were doing and did a great job. We were really concerned when our basement became very damp and moldy. Now, the problem is solved and we are really happy to have had Integrity do the work. Their name says it all.
Steve and his team are top notch! I've hired them for two jobs and both were done thoroughly and professionally. The worksite after they left looked better than how they found it! I'd call them again in a heartbeat.
