Contractor was efficient, informative, and courteous. Their product was installed with no problems and worked as advertised. Was very pleased with the overall performance.
Very responsive, polite, and knowledgeable staff. Their Kinetico system is pretty expensive, but we thought it worth it in the long run.

Great service. Cheryl was great! She explained it so well! The Installation was quick and like nothing happened! So far, we are very happy with our new water softener. Highly recommended!
Top rate customer service! The Rep explained how the system works and answered all of my questions on Kinetico. The installers called to see if they could arrive early, showed up as planned, and had the system installed in about an hour including removal of my old system. They left the area clean, took away all of the trash and were polite and friendly. Before they left they gave me a thorough briefing on how to maintain the system. I recommend them to anyone who wants to improve the quality of their system!
Very knowledgeable, high quality (comes at a price), installer was great - completed in just over 2 hours everything was immaculate when he left. He also gave great instructions on upkeep.
