Misdiagnosis, Unauthorized Service, and Refusal to Adjust Bill I brought my vehicle in for a grinding noise that occurs when turning and gets louder under acceleration. Instead of diagnosing the actual issue, the shop told me the problem was the rear differential fluid. I’ve been going to Integrity for years now. The employees are professional, courteous, and get me in and out as quickly as possible. I’ve had oil changes, alignments ,brakes, replaced water pump and much more done here.These guys always do quality 5star work here and are extremely reliable, efficient , & honest!!
