This place is absolutely trash. They can’t mount balance tires if they’re not purchased from them Because of Insurance supposedly, talk about giving away business. Save your time go somewhere else.
Have had good service on Little Road but recently went in for an oil change thinking the free tire rotation was included (as they advertise). They did not do the rotation and said I have to specifically request it. I asked why they don’t mention it (since it’s a free service) and was told that if they don’t have to do it, it saves the mechanics time. I had a kitten up in the motor area of the car. I pulled in and told them my problem and they immediately sprang into action. Neither Anthony or his coworker would accept any cash for their good deed. I truly appreciate that there are still good people left in the world.
They came highly recommended, and now I know why. So thankful to everyone who got me back on the road again. Stephen was so helpful and made it all painless. If and when needed, will be back!
