I just needed the tires on my truck rotated. I gave them the make and model and was told it would be $27 to rotate the tires. They made an appointment for me. And when I arrived they had me wait for over an hour before telling me they were unable to rotate my tires because my truck was too large for the lifts they had available. So we made another appointment and I returned for the appointment and was told the cost of the rotation would be almost double what they originally quoted me because my tires were over sized. Great service… very personable
I very clearly let the shop know that they needed to be careful with my vehicle when aligning it due to a previous accident and there’s a little bit of bent framework on the structure of the body of the car. They assured me they understood put it on the alignment tracker, cranked the wheels too far after not listening to me and broke the internal transmission System & won’t take accountability for it.
