Landonna and her “tax analysts” are narcissistic people who think they never make any mistakes. First, it took them 4 weeks to complete filling my tax which she originally said it would only take a week. Second, we asked to meet her in her office so we can go over everything with her before she submit the return but this place submitted my return without giving me any chance to review everything and then sent me email for my return copy.
