The company helped me go back and forth with my insurance company. The last two bug hails storms came and they kept denying the claim this time I pushed back with the help of Jeff Hall at Integrity. Almost 5 months later but I have a new roof. Also had them put in a sky dome in my dark hallway. Great to work with.
We don't know much about roofing and we didn't know we needed a roof until Integrity Storm Restoration came and showed us the missing shingles on the crown - basically a hole exposing the attic. They worked timely to get us an upgraded roof, new gutters and new fencing - all damage from a major wind/hail storm that blew threw Watauga. Justin and Woody provided an excellent service at my home. They were professional and I was very satisfied with the installation of new flooring, as well as adding texture to walls and ceilings. I highly recommend their services.
