This office is the most unorganized doctor office and communication is brutal at best. They constantly forget to schedule the x-ray and then do it 1 day before your appointment with them which makes it impossible to schedule it and get it done before their meeting. They never look ahead so they cancel appointments 2 hours before the appointment. Horrible….went in because of an old injury from a workmen’s comp issue from years ago and this is who I was sent to. I’ve been in horrible back pain, to the point I can’t walk but a few steps. When I arrived I was seen by a NP who suggested it’s a hip problem. I didn’t want to argue because I knew the MRI would show it was a back issue. I'm a new patient at Integrity I followed Ralph Riskz here. The place is clean and has water and coffee. The staff is quick and thorough. They listen. I'm glad God sent me here because I need new hips and they are working with me in every way. I would like to give a special thanks To Karlichia the surgery coordinator for Dr. Riskz and integrity.
