The experience at this office was excellent. Our name was taken within minutes. The personnel gave their name each person that I dealt with, and they were all professional and friendly! Dr Gram was very good! Stated his name greeted us with a handshake, and made iContact to talk to us, all of which I applaud him for! I love the friendly smiles and attitudes of the ladies and The Dr who took care of me it’s a warm professional office everyone is smiling and they welcomed me in like they was happy to see me after my procedure several ladies checked on me to make sure I was OK all thumbs up 10 out of 10 a perfect 10
It's on the other side of town for me. We were pleasantly surprised of all the smart contents that's used in the building. Very well designed and very pleasant to the eyesight. Very thorough in starting the visit, x-ray on site. Dr. Very thorough, kind and courteous as all the staff. Being my first visit we were well pleased
Dr Graham and staff were exceptional. Steve from Boston Scientific was very thorough. I would definitely recommend Dr Graham for anyone having a spinal stimulator implant.
