Integrity is very responsive and quick to come out and are even helping me pull together some service documents on an hvac I had installed by another company that integrity’s worked on so I can go to the manufacturer on it.
Integrity is very responsive and quick to come out, but we had a brand new system installed a year ago and a coil keeps going out. The coil is covered under warranty but coolant and labor is $2k each time it happens. We’re concerned that we have a faulty HVAC and something else is going on to cause that coil to fail and we’re just spending a lot of money to not get to the root cause.
