I guess I need to ask more questions when I get work done at a business that I don't know a lot about, but you would think that with a name like Integrity they would ask a few more questions of there customers that may not understand all there is to know about camper care and maintenance. When you ask to have the roof done, don't think for a minute that when you are getting your roof DONE. I was told what I needed was a scrape and seal and that has nothing to do with applying silicone to the rubber portion of the roof. I fou... read more
Integrity RV Center is the only place I trust to work on either of my trailers. They go above and beyond to make sure my camper is working properly and that I am happy with the work.
RecommendedWe had a problem with our slide and were over 10 hours from home and just starting our 3+ week trip. I called Integrity RV out of the blue and explained our predicament. They were able to look at our coach first thing the next day and got our slide fixed. Owners Peggy and Dean were amazing along with the rest of the staff! Only wish we had them near us for all our needs. I highly recommend them!!

Dean and Peggy Woodruff own the business and are the best of the best! They have helped me with AC warranty work, replacing windows that shattered, and this morning with a sheared bolt that kept my front landing Jacks from working. Jeff, the service Mgr is super. I highly recommend Integrity RV. Terry Williamson, camping in an Open Range fifth wheel.
We have a 2004 Monaco Signature Series and the residential refrigerator was in its last leg. Jeff was extremely helpful and patient in guiding me through the replacement process. They took out the driver side window to get the old refrigerator out and the new one in and he got it done in 48 hours for us. And he replaced our convection microwave too. Unbelievable customer service! Highly recommend Jeff at Integrity RV Service Center!!!!
